A service involves disassembly of the movement, inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, reassembly and oiling. The case will also be ultrasonically cleaned, and a new glass and/or strap fitted if requested.
Your watch will then be regulated for timekeeping over a few days, before being returned via insured Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For a repair, your watch issue will be diagnosed free of charge, and a fixed price quote for the parts will be emailed back to you before carrying out the work.
If not viable, your watch can be returned to you for the cost of the return postage.
Services and repairs take 7 to 14 days, following receipt of your watch.
